The manor, established in the 17th century, was for longer periods of time associated with the von Gersdorffs and Edler von Rennenkampffs. The Baroque two-storey main building was constructed either at the beginning of the 18th century or already in the 17th century (currently privately owned). By the historical distribution the manor was in Karuse Parish in Läänemaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Lihula Municipality in Läänemaa County.
