This building is the heist manaret (mathana) in Qatar and is the third spiral manaret in the glob This building is a mixed-use building contains the educational center for presentation of Islam in all languages. a retail outlets also it have a branches of Alsafaa Islamic banking and Qatar Islamic bank branch.

  FANAR, Qatar Islamic Cultural Centre, is a charitable organization that works on motivating Non-Muslims to become more informed about Islam, by diffusing Islamic culture through multiple styles and means. We undertake many activities to care for new convert’s affairs; enlightening non-Arab Muslims about all matters in relation to their faith and teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. The Charity enjoys an independent administrative and financial organizational structure and assumes its own functions under the direct umbrella of H.E the Minister of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs. Fanar, Objectives: 1- To Introduce Islam to non- Muslims as a way of life. 2- To diffuse the culture, ethical values and principles of Islam to mankind. 3- To enlighten non-Arabic speaking Muslims about their true faith. 4- To care for new converts' affairs. 5- To maintain a library housing multilingual educational publications and multimedia to educate our visitors. 6- To carry out field research and studies to help attain the goals of the Charity. 7- To hold courses in the Arabic language for non-Arabic speakers. 8- To hold activities of cultural and social nature for the propagation of the Islamic way of life.
