Ekomüze Zavot = Eco-museum factory, opened in 2013 to culture cheese, conserve local animals and plants (30 local medicinal herbs used), operate a grocery and tasting area. Beginning about 1850 Swiss settlers inhabited 10 local villages. About 1878 Swiss businessman David Moser founded this cheese-making factory.
