This is the boundary of the Survey Training Institute of Govt of Karnataka. Undertakes training on Survey mapping and cartography, both in traditional methods (Cross staff and chain, plane table and tape, compass survey, theodolite survey, etc) and in modern geospatial technologies (GPS, Remote sensing methods, GIS applications, Etc). It is a well equipped institute with hostel facilities, computers lab, Survey equipments (Total stations, DGPS and GIS softwares. Training is offered for all user departments of the govt, including the parent department of survey and Land Records.
The institute also imparts training on cadastral land records management in karnataka for the surveyors in govt and private.

  • There are lots of survey training related information happening in Training institute Hadajana .So Many batches are trained frequently throughout year . I appreciate all trainers in class and in field . But this activities should be added in Wikipedia about this Training institute Hadajana. Hope anyone takes initiative for this.

  • Govt will issue notification to fill up the vacancies for Land Surveyor in Survey Settlement and Land Records(SSLR) department. You can apply for those positions against the notification. If you pass through the recruitment process which includes CBT online exam, document verification and Police verification then you will be sent to Survey training institute to acquire the necessary skills.
