Prewar known hamlet Moritten / Gut Moritten (Мориттен). The former German settlement was renamed Oktjabr'skoe (Октябрьское) after the war, but no signs or road signs are erected, so the name is probably not in use anymore. The settlement can reached by some sort of dirt road from the east main road, and there is a dirt road connection with Poberezhje.
Little northeast of the settlement was the settlement known Hoch Schnakeinen, a prewar hamlet of one or two houses. This settlement has completely disappeared.
