This house was constructed in year 1973 by 6 brothers under the patronage of their father Sh. Kesho Dass.The property was basically H.U.F because it was purchased and subsequently consructed by funds which kesho dass recieved in compensation to the leftover assets that he had to abjure at the time of partition where the family was based (DeraGhaziKhan) now pakistan. But the property papers were prepared in the name of keshao dass eldest son i.e Sh. Prabhu Dyal Bhateja who ditched his brothers and sold the property papers to some goons based in punjab.Since then a prolonged battle is ensured between Sh. P.D.Bhateja and punjab goons v/s the remaining brothers.
