Arcola Center is Buchanan Partners’ exciting planned mixed-use development on approximately 400 acres in Loudoun County. It is strategically located at the juncture of Route 50, Route 606, and Loudoun County Parkway. Designed to be built out over a ten- to twenty-year period, Arcola Center is planned for up to 2.1 million square feet of office and commercial space, up to 1.1 million square feet of retail space, and approximately 80 acres of town homes and multifamily housing. Also planned are two hotels.
