Although not actually twins they share the same first name and both have a passion for cooking that has brought them great success in an industry typically dominated by males.
Their extensive experience has taken them to different continents and even under the mentoring of a Michelin starred Parisian Chef. They bring with them to Embassy Restaurant this passion and skill to produce a five-star quality, seasonal Khmer gastronomy menu. The upmarket dining experience is hosted in our exclusive small capacity (35 seat) facility, staffed entirely with specially selected female employees. Guests can savour the unique menu of skillfully prepared masterpieces, which includes an 8 and 10 course banquet that can be pared with an extensive selection of fine wines & liquors.
