Detached three-bay two-storey former constabulary barracks with dormer attic, built c.1825, with gabled advanced bays and single-storey projecting end bay to left. Extended to rear, c.1985, comprising two-storey return to accommodate residential use. Double-pitched slate roof with brick chimneystacks.
Set back from street in own grounds; landscaped grounds to site; rubble stone boundary wall with wrought iron gate and railings.
