Mount Avatamk' (in Armenian: Հավատամք) is a mountaintop in Armenian Highlands, now in Turkey. It believed thet Grigor Lusavorich (Gregory The Illuminator), who has spreaded Christianity at IVth century in Armenia, pursued a group of pagans, who fled from Ashtishat heathen temple and sheltering on this mountain. When the pagans were encircled, they said "Avatamk", that in Western Armenian dialect means "We believe". Since then, this mount bears the name of Avatamk'.
