Aytzptkunk' (Armenian: Այծպտկունք) or Palandoken (Turkish: Palandöken) is a ridge in Armenian Highlands mountain system. Located in Erzurum province of today's Turkey.

Since the Urartu (Araratian Kingdom) era up to the 1915-23 Armenian genocide, the mountains and surrounding areas were inhabited by Armenians. Aytzptkunk' mountains divided provinces of Historical Armenia: Upper Armenia with Tzopk (Sophena) in the north, and Ayrarat with Tavruberan in the south.
Currently, the mountains laying in Eastern Turkey dividing mostly Kurdish inhabited areas in south from mostly Turkish inhabited in north.

Name Aytzptkunk' means "Goat's Udder" in Armenian.
