Bertrand Lefebvre trained with several great names in french gastronomy such as "Lasserre" and "La Tour Eiffel" in Paris, "Paul Bocuse" in Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or. He provides a sensible cuisine with emphasis on fresh products.

The Côte d'Argent also enjoy a private room on the 1st floor. Ideal for banquets and seminars, from 15 to 60 persons, adjustable tables (round, square...)
