Until early 2012, this was the Winn-Dixie Stores corporate office and Winn-Dixie distribution center. While the W-D distribution center has stayed since (save for outsourcing to C&S grocers), this became the new home of Bi-Lo Holdings Inc. after Winn-Dixie was acquired by BI-LO. In 2013, it was acquired by Lone Star Funds to become Southeastern Grocers, the new name for the combined company.
