This property is 100% owned by Integra Gold Corp. Their goal is to continue to prove up additional resources while advancing the existing resource towards production.

The Property consists of parts of four contiguous Mining Concessions("CM") numbered 375, 380, 264 and 314 and twenty mining claims (1 andFigure 3). The Property is registered to Integra for a total of 1,459.42 ha and is100% owned. None of the claims are within park or forest reserves that are restricted from exploration and mining. The four Mining Concessions grant surface and mineral rights, have no expiry dates.

The property is underlain principally by steeply dipping east-west striking volcanic flows and pyroclastics units intruded by a variety of intermediate to mafic plugs, dykes and sills. The gold mineralization is characterized by "Vein-Type" mesothermal structurally controlled deposits. The gold bearing quartz-tourmaline can be subvertical, moderately dipping or subhorizontal veins.

The subvertical veins occur within steeply dipping east-west trending ductile shear zones along which reverse sub-vertical displacements have taken place. Moderatley dipping veins are usually associated to brittle shearz while subhorizontal veins occupy extensional fractures, which formed between ductile and brittle shear zones, preferentially in the more competent host rocks. There are fifteen significant zones of gold mineralization known on the Lamaque Property comprising various simple vein structures, vein complexes and stockwerk zones.
