The Village of Delta raw water supply comes from Bad Creek, a small stream that feeds into the Maumee River. Water from Bad creek is pumped into Reservoir #2, a 400 million gallon structure that was dedicated on April 28, 1985. Reservoir #1 is a 108 million gallon man made reservoir that is no longer used on a daily basis. The water held in the reservoir #1 is a reserve source of raw water. It is purified at the water purification plant located on the south side of County Road H.
