Medieval Armenian monastic complex of Yeghnasar . There were 3 construction inscriptions in Armenian language. After the forcible deportation of aboriginal Armenian population of neighboring villages in 1987-90 known as "Operation Ring", all of 3 Armenian inscriptions were scratched off by azeris, who declared this monastery (as well as all another Armenian monuments inside of interfluve of Kur and Araxes rivers) as "Caucasian Albanian".

  • Typicall armenian lie :) Albanian churches has nothing with so-called "Armenian" church. Armenian church came to Caucases only in 1836. Another lie is about "Operation ring"
