Historic Federal-style inn and tavern dating to about 1796, with an addition in 1933. The tavern was converted to a private residence in 1901. Also known as Kello's Tavern, Vaughn's Tavern, and Howard's Hotel, the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
