  How many P&G plants are there in this area, I see Two in the Map.. which one is real? Will it add any real estate value to layouts around this area? Appreciate comments

  Only one plant is there in 170 acres of Govt land, but expansin is likely. Alongwith this plant, Johnson & Johnson is also under construction. Recently Amazon company (USA) is also going start constrtuction of their warehouse in around 3,00,000 sft area at Kothur. Already companies like Saint Gobian, Natco Pharma, Hyd Industries, Pitti laminations, Nuzvid seeds, Cogent glass & Symbiosis university, Tata Institute of Social sciences etc., are there in this area. Thimmapur is identified as future railway terminal. Airport is just 15 kms. Proposed ITIR project at Maheswaram is just 10 kms from here. NH-7 is passing through Kothur. Last but not the least, a big news is there in the media that one MNC has acquired 824 acres of land at Nandigama near Kothru for a mega project like Disney Land.
