Ash Skyline Plaza opened June 2016 after nearly two years of construction. The $98 million public-private mixed-use development includes the headquarters for Ash Brokerage, a 1,200-space parking garage, and 23,800 square-feet of ground-level retail. A rooftop park is also located above the parking garage (still under construction, as of this satellite image).
