Ras Khanzir (Arabic: رأس خنزير) or Hrosikyan (Armenian: Հռոսիկյան հրվանդան) is a cape/ promotory at East Mediterranean sea, south of the Gulf of İskenderun (Turkish)/ Alexandretta (Greek) or Armenian Gulf. Lay at western end of Amanus ridge. Historical name i.e. Hrosikyan comes from the time of Cilician Armenia's Kingdom when it was called in the name of nearest Hrosus steelement (today: Arsuz). Currently known by Arabic name Ras Khanzir, that means: Hog's Head and lays at Turkey's Hatay province, that was annexed from Syria and attached to Turkey in 1939.
