Lantic Bay

A beautiful beach a short walk from Polruan along the Coastal Path (trail to the beach is fairly steep). The beach is very sandy. Strictly speaking there are two beaches, Little Lantic Beach and Great Lantic Beach, during low tide it is possible to walk from one to the other, but during high tide, these two beaches are separated. No lifeguard cover and dogs are allowed all year round.
