Appears to be a grid of unmanned autonomous tracking stations for approaching ICBMs reentry vehicles survey. They are arranged in 3 parallel rows, in the 6 + 7 + 6 figure (although the southmost one in the 3rd row is missing or is invisible on the satellite takings). The row lines are perpendicular to expected arriving ICBMs warhead trajectory and the central station (middle one on the middle row) is situated either in the center of the expected impact area or slightly back. The distance between each two neighboring stations on the row is exactly 2 km, the distance between rows is exactly 1.75 km.

It is likely the tower situated 13 km SE off the central station (near the old forest aisle) belongs to the tracking stations constellation as well.

Every one station consists of rectangular container, oriented according the row's axe. Power supply is expected do be from solar panels, data link wireless and the maintenance by terrain vehicles (in the southern part of structure) and by helicopters. Station's instrumentation is unknown.
