Historic Georgian and Federal-style house. The older Georgian section, which runs parallel to the river, was built between 1740 and 1747, with the Federal section added at a right angle in 1857. Also known as the Robert Gilchrist House, the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located next door to Riverview, another NRHP-listed property.
