6-story residential building originally completed in the late 1800s as a 4-story townhouse. It was extensively remodeled with a 2-story addition in 2009 by architect Peter Himmelstein to create an interesting modern house with prewar and industrial elements. The first four floors are clad in red brick, with a modern metal-and-glass entrance and a garage door on the ground floor. The right half of the 2nd and 3rd floors has one large 2-story window unit framed in black with thin mullions. The three windows on the left half of both floors (and all the way across the 4th floor) have grey stone sills and lintels. Cutting into the roof parapet and extending out is a metal balcony and railing, with two metal-and-glass clad floors extending up from the right side of the facade. These floors have an additional metal railing on top with a roof deck.
