Main Cemetery of Madinah where thousands of Holy Mohamed's companions were buried along with some of his sons and daughters. All mothers of the believers, Muhammad's wives (except Khadijah and Maymunah bint al-Harith) and Uthman ibn Affan (The third Caliph of the Rashidin) and Hasan ibn Ali, Ali ibn Hussain, Muhammad ibn Ali and Ja'far ibn Mohammad (Ahlul-Bayt) have been buried here (peace be upon them all). the cemetery is still in use with total area of 180,000 Sqm.
