The Oil Port Company of Qingdao Port Group has two docks for crude oil and two docks for fuel oil in the Port of Qingdao. With capacity for 30 million tons of cargo per year, the Oil Port Company in the Port of Qingdao has capacity to store almost three million cubic meters. The new liquid chemical dock accommodates the largest vessels in the world carrying liquid chemicals.

Berth 60 can accommodate oil ships from five- to 30-thousand tons, and it is equipped with three oil arms of diameter DN250. Port of Qingdao Berth 61 handles oil ships of from 15- to 70-thousand tons, and it has three oil arms with diameter DN300. Port of Qingdao Berth 62 serves 80- to 280-thousand ton oil ships, and it has four oil arms with diameter DN400. The two fuel oil docks can accommodate vessels under three thousand tons.

The liquid chemical dock in this Port of Qingdao facility was designed to accommodate vessels under 50 thousand tons. It can handle two three- to five-thousand ton liquid chemical ships simultaneously. An additional Port of Qingdao liquid chemical dock with design capacity for 2.3 million tons per year serves liquid chemical ships less than 80 thousand tons.
