The Port of Qingdao's Qiangang Company is a branch of the Qingdao Port corporation. Primarily dedicate to handling coal and iron ore, the Qiangang Company is the Port of Qingdao's biggest ore transshipment service and one of five main bases for the export of coal.
Located on the western shores of Jiaozhou Bay, the Qiangang Company borders Qingdao Old City. Jiaozhou Bay is the anchorage ground for this Port of Qingdao company.
