  The worst place to hold an event. Royal Hill is located on a pretty location and has nice interiors. However, management, staff and organisation is so awful, it is guaranteed to ruin your day. We recently had our wedding there and it was the worse, most stressful day of my life thanks to Royal Hill staff and management, especially the person who dealt with us: Evis. She is a liar and a manipulator. We rented a room for the night of our wedding and the smell of sewage was horrible we did not sleep there, there was no staff, no greeting whatsoever, no card with instructions or wifi password, nothing they could do to make us feel welcome. On top of that, they told us the DAY of wedding that table cloths for our tables are not included in the extravagant price we paid. Later, we found out they did this to make us buy tablecloths from them. Would you imagine that a place such as Royal Hill plans a wedding but does not provide tablecloths? And if thats the case, why couldnt they clarify earlier so we can prepare? Also, we made an agreement to play a video of us at the reception, but when the moment came, Royal Hill did not have a laptop to connect to their own projector , and when we asked them to do something for this , they said "we never promised you that". Staff did not care at all, they are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. The food cane at 11:00 ! And it was cold. Very poor quality meat and a couple of potatoes. Awful meal for 40 euro per person. Also on the night of the event there is no manager and no one incharge around, only waiters, so if you have a problem, good luck solving it! The worst part is that they demanded the FULL payment upfront, so you can not do anything when they provide you with shit service. If you want to enjoy your wedding STAY AWAY from Royal Hill.
