  • Please tell me more about palm beach villa. Is this place save and how much does a completed villa cost and how big is the buildup area? Appreciate more infos please. Thank you. Jane
  • Sorry, I meant to ask if the place is a safe place to live in. I just noticed there is a Phillipine Refugee camp around there and the note mentioned that everything bad is happening in that place??? What is the livelihood effect around the area and how far from the beachfront...is the water clean and can we swim in the beach?
  • Hello Neighbour I (owner of SD28) happened to stumbled onto your site.. That was a very nice comment from you... Thanks. I am in Italy now wont be back for at least another year... How are things with the Maintenance issues? Any new developments? How much more would we have to pay?? Regards Zia Holly Cesena, ITALY Tel : 0039 0547 6323 40
  • I too own a house at Palm Beach Villas and love both it and the location. The only real regret was purchasing from the developer, Wong Kwok Group (also trading as Herowang Sdn Bhd). Most of the houses are of such poorly built quality that large cracks have appeared and concrete fences are falling over. The whole estate was built on reclaimed land which used to be a swamp and obviously substandard pylons have been used to build on. One of the selling points was a wooden boardwalk along the seafront, which after a big storm in November 2007, has all but washed into the South China Sea. Near the end of the boardwalk was a tower called the "Sunset Clock" - this disappeared some year and a half ago due to dry rot in the wood used - again of substandard quality. The developer used the ploy of "termites", but this was never the case. Zia Holly, above, mentions maintenance issues, but this is all because the developer has abandoned all the residents and left them with an enormous clean up and rebuilding bill. Do I regret purchasing in Sabah - NO Would I purchase again from Wong Kwok - NEVER Next time I would get a lot more in writing than just accept idle promises. Jack
  • Jack & Martine HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! This is Zia. Thanks for the comments. Well, hopefully with the pledges we made, there will be a big difference, ha!!! I cant wait to get my paws on Wong Kwok this time. Regards Zia Holly

  • this place rock at my house is at T27.the only thing i hate is the builders that built it with large cracks at the walls.plus the pool needs a member card to swim, not like a couple of years ago,we dont accept need a member card,we just dive in and accept the relaxation in the water and dont forget you other kids swim with your life jackets for safety.and dont forget you other parents to take watch your children swimming, otherwise they might drown.so thats all folks that stays there.and a very good day to ezzatul khairulnisa binti kerdat.bye
