It is a remarkable arc (the last years of the 1400s), which allows access from Piazza XX Settembre. In the entrance hall that leads to the rear of the Court is a niche with Our Lady of Martinozzi, sixteenth, moved here in 1849 from near the Palazzo del Podesta.
