Builder is completing only 3 towers out of 11. Will probably use the money to complete the remaining towers (if he's able to realise payment from selling the first 3 towers). The whole complex will be unlivable till December 2009.

Partly furnished, Centrally AC, Power Backup, Golf Putting Greens, Dedicated Parkings, Proximity to Metro Station, Opp. 200 Acres Botanical Garden. Currently this project is underconstruction and would be operational in March 2008. Company has sold entire project. We have something available in Resale from our Investors. Investors mentioned above are property dealers who have booked the flat for Rs 10 lakh and not paid a penny since. That is why the builder does not have money to complete the project.

Project location is very good, though builder hasn't done too much in NCR so far. Hope the quality turns out to be good.

Comments

  • Over 50% of the project is unsold. Of the balance, 80% is held by 'property dealers' who have only paid a booking amount of Rs. 10 lakh.
  • Builder has an office in Statesman House in Connaught Place, but there is NO signboard outside/ inside the office, and the executives are always OUT OF VISITING CARDS! Not sure what the real story is.
  • Also, Towers C & D in this project (facing ASSOTECH on the east side) will be full of cement/ dust storms while the ASSOTECH project constructs, and overshadowed by the 33 storey ASSOTECH towers (Pearl is only 9) once the ASSOTECH project is complete.
  • The builder has taken 90% payment as early as April 2008, but there are no signs of timely completion of project. Calls to their marketing executives are not answered. The sample flat was well designed but now the workmanship is not upto the standard. You can contact me at 9312063404.
