Malatesta coat of arms (Fano)

Above the tomb of Bonetto from Castelfranco, stands the tombstone that bears the coat of arms consists of a shield Malatesta six band topped by a horizontal row of lilies, surmounted by a crest on which there is a unicorn crested.
This article refers to the first half of the fifteenth century; come to us mutilated, was used as a tombstone and was placed inside the church. Originally the plate was positioned in the lower part of the wall, then, subsequently, the structure was inverted and it came to the positioning of the tombstone up than the ark of Bonetto from Castelfranco placed accordingly at the bottom.
