The original building dates back to the portal of the church and consists of rings on the performance to all sixth, which along with two fantastic beings of archaic placed at the bases of the half-pillars , have misled to assume a Romanesque structure . But the columns , now tortiglioni now to spearhead interspersed with lilies, the same yield of vines and leaves , as well as a willingness to end the capitals and their processing, are found also in other church buildings Umbrian- Marches of the fourteenth century.
An analysis of the material shows the diversity of use of the same marble, and archway to the inner jambs ; limestone of various types, for the other elements . The outer edge of the splay is probably integrated into the gaps , inserts nineteenth lighter in color and best preserved.
