The NATO Support and Procurement Agency, abbreviated to NSPA, is the main logistics agency of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO). The executive branch of the NATO Support Organisation (NSPO), NSPA's main priority is in assisting NATO members in common procurement, particularly of spare parts and maintenance services for weapon systems that are common to multiple members' arsenals.

The headquarters of NSPA are situated in the town of Capellen, in the commune of Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. The site dominates the southern part of the town, occupying most of the town south of the route d'Arlon. During the Cold War, separate management units were maintained in Taranto, Italy, and Paris, France.
Reorganization and new function

On 8 June 2011, the defense ministers of the 28 NATO member states agreed on the reduction and reorganization of the existing NATO agencies. NSPA is now regrouped and the headquarters being the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is in Capellen, Luxembourg.
