The Elsinore Rifle Range (sometimes called the Joseph/Elsinore Rifle Range) is used mainly for high powered rifle matches. The property is leased from the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) by the Utah State Rifle & Pistol Association, and the range operated by the Nimrods Rifle Club of Elsinore. The range is located on Poverty Flat, between the towns of Joseph and Monroe, Utah. It just across Rifle Range Road from the Richfield LTA National Guard training site.
