In this section, the Third Ring Road passes through an area with industrial and residential development, featuring numerous engineering communications. It crosses the throat of the Bryansk Park of the Belorussky railway line of the Moscow Railway, a railway overpass, the main tracks of Moscow-Tovarnaya-Smolenskaya station, as well as the shallow vestibule of Begovaya metro station, which significantly complicated construction.

The total length of the section is 2.4 km. The transit overpass, 287.7 meters long, was constructed using longitudinal launching technology and span structure concreting on continuous scaffolding. The exit overpass (437.5 m) to Zvenigorodskoye Highway features a steel-reinforced concrete span structure at the railway crossing and a monolithic prestressed reinforced concrete structure in the remaining part. The curved overpass (railway overpass) is 194 m long, with a monolithic prestressed continuous reinforced concrete span structure. The railway overpass (60.25 m) has a steel-reinforced concrete simply supported span structure. Additionally, a utility overpass spans the main railway tracks of the Belorussky direction of the Moscow Railway.
