A two story office building with retail tenants on the ground floor. In December 2013, a "devastating" pipe break on the second floor flooded numerous tenants below including The Blue Leprechaun and Bubble Island, but they have since reopened. From 2006 to 2010, Mitch's Place was here (it was originally Bicycle Jim's at located at the northeast side of the intersection, but changed names prior to the move). There was also a McDonald's here at one time prior to 2002.

The items currently listed below are not the full list of tenants at this building, there's Princeton Review at the corner, a psychologist/therapists office upstairs, and an Asian restaurant. Maybe more.
