It is one of the fake villages created by the Pentagon to train its forces in urban combat. Includes mosque, hotel, embassy, school, church, bridge, stadium, train and subway station full of convoy. The center depends from the Army Assimetric Warfare Group (AWG) and allows soldiers, particularly those of special forces, to simulate many types of intervention where the "enemy" (perhaps a terrorist nucleus) takes possession of a building or of a many structures of a city.
