A Very Old Hospital, formerly known as American "Aspatal" to locals. This hospital is one of 20 hospitals of EHA (courtesy www.ehausa.org/hospitals.html)i.e. Emmanuel Hospital Association Group.This is also known by the name of L.C.H.
It was built in 1938 as the brainchild of Dr Joyce Robinson, a British missionary.

  • Their sevicces were superb, during early fiftees, ago; Doctors, from USA and Nurses, from India attended me!Doctors joined, the bone, my right-leg.

  • I observed that this hospital cheats poor patients and conducts operations when not required , esp Caesarian operation and others. The doctors are not well trained enough. Sadly the staff under the guidance of doctor charge excess money and cheat the people.I do not like this hospital. i do not recommend it.
