NRHP - National Register of Historic Places, rowhouse, Italianate style (architecture), 1876_construction

Rowhouse built in 1876, shortly after the Great Chicago Fire, in the Italianate style which was very popular during the rebuiilding of Chicago. Freestanding Italianate rowhouses are now relatively rare, and the Waller House is one of the best-preserved examples. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
