Built 1936, six-story Art Moderne-style building that served as headquarters for Spiegel Inc. mail-order house until 1993, when the company (no longer owned by the Spiegel family) moved its headquarters to Ohio. At its peak in the 1950s, Spiegel Inc. occupied eleven buildings in the area; this is the best-preserved remaining building. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
