  • Hare Krishna Mandir is supposed to be maintained and run by ISKCON (International Society for Krishna CONsciousness). Despite of being situtated in a remote village and not being direcly in touch with any other ISKCON branch the development rate is high. All the credit goes to Sri Amiya Nimai Das Prabhu ( Mr. Ompal Singh ) (Who is -lucky me- my maternal uncle also.) who actually brought this idea of ISKCON in the village, as far as i remember, in 1995 from Kurukshetra (Haryana) and has been working hard since then. May the great god show His mercy and help him achieve his dreams of making every man here a Krishna-Bhavna-Bhavita person. The temple also run Bhakti Vedanta Public School in the same building which was home of my mother's parents (NANA JI and others) near Holy Chowk.
