A.J Najafi's intense passion for hand-woven rugs began at an early age, where at the age of 10 he purchased his very first piece. After accumulating one of the finest and most unique rug collections in the world, A.J moved to downtown Petaluma, California, partnering with Taghi Rezaian's Monarch Interiors in 1999 with the goal of educating local communities about one of the most exquisite art forms in the world.

A.J has moved to southern California "Palm Springs" to continue expanding his outstanding costumer relationship. Exposing more of Southern California's communities to the richness of Persian Rugs, he now continues to offer his collection to the entire Riverside,San Bernardino Counties, including Coachella, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, and the surrounding cities.
