One of the best meat markets you will ever find in this day and age. Bob Sparrow is almost always in, and will cut meat to order. All of his beef and veal is grass fed, pasture raised, and local. The quality of meat is superb, and Bob Sparrow's knowledge about butchery dwarfs that of almost any meat counter you encounter these days. He often brings in meats that you won't find in other places, such as wild boar and buffalo.
