Farm 216 is a new, mixed-use residential development designed by JSA Architects and Urban Designers and being developed by Ndibano Integrated Developments.The development provides a range of possible housing options, from subsidy and social housing through to a range of compatible middle to higher-income housing options. Various forms of tenure can also be considered including social and economic rental options.
The development consists of a range of appropriate housing opportunities structured around a system of public spaces and amenities which include a community facility. The developable land is in private ownership, but can include the adjacent Council owned land which has been earmarked for subsidy housing.

The design proposal successfully illustrates how through public/private partnership, development integration can be achieved to optimally utilize existing opportunities to the benefit of the Golden Valley community.

The development is 13 ha in extent and located adjacent to Golden Valley. It consists of 480 potential units and fully complies with the new government and provincial policy on integrated social development.
