Completed in 1995, the Indianapolis Artsgarden provides more than 300 free performances and exhibits each year and houses the city's only centralized cultural concierge information service. The seven-story glass-enclosed structure offers a spectacular view of the city, suspended above the intersection of Illinois and Washington streets. The facility is owned and operated by the Arts Council of Indianapolis.

The Artsgarden connects directly to Embassy Suites, PNC Center, Conrad Indianapolis, and Circle Centre Mall. It is linked via indoor skywalk to several hotels and the Indiana Convention Center.
