The legend of this place says that the Holy Stone (Aleutas) is the place where a girl of unearthly beauty is buried. A large granite monolith, towering over her grave, is the girl's father, petrified with grief, a noble bai. An eagle is constantly circling over this place, into which a young man in love with a beautiful woman has turned. From pagan times to the present day, the mountain has been revered by local residents, especially Kazakhs, and is used as a sanctuary.
This stone outcrop was considered sacred by nomads from ancient times and sacrificed here. The mountain is made of solid rock, the wind blows sand around it, so it seems that the mountain is growing. From the top, there are beautiful breathtaking views of the birch groves. True, some of them were badly damaged during the fires in 2010, but today, nature is gradually being restored. Birches are often called "drunken", because it is almost impossible to find a single slender one - all trees have trunks bending
