  Premlok park is no doubt one of the best locations to stay around in chinchwad gaon, however it also has many draw backs. the major issue is that the land is still owned by a third party and not the builder who built and sold the flats houses to people. 2nd'ly it has a major major construction flaws like sewage, leakage all wiring internal and external, road issues, traffic in the colony or society is pathetic very bad for babies and seniors, walking in the society is hazardous. if u still make it the mosquitoes will not let you live peacfully.
