The Batu Kawan Industrial Park (BKIP) is an industrial area within the city of Seberang Perai. This 2,680-hectare industrial park encompasses the southern end of the newly-developed Batu Kawan township and is connected with the island city of George Town via the Second Penang Bridge.

Opened in 2008, the BKIP now hosts a number of multinational companies (MNCs) and major Malaysian firms, including Vitrox, Boston Scientific, Bose Corporation, SanDIsk, Hewlett Packard, Seagate, Hotayi and Honda. The area is also home to The Ship Campus of Peninsula College, which offers tertiary courses in collaboration with the University of Plymouth.
