Golden Olympic Restaurant got its start over thirty years ago when Evanston was still a dry town and there was not a high rise in sight. As Evanston has steadily grown so have we. We now have an extensive menu that is sure to have something for any taste. Stop by any time for our breakfast specialties, including skillet creations, flat grill omelettes or biscuits and gravy. We also serve diner classics, such as reuben sandwiches and patty melts, as well as a variety of Greek specialties. In recent years, we have received accolades from Chicago Magazine (Best Breakfast in Evanston), The Onion, and were featured in the Daily Northwestern.

The Olympic has been family owned and operated since 1976 and we are committed to providing a satisfying dining experience. We’re just a few minutes away from the Davis El and Metra stations, and are also near several indoor parking structures and metered parking. We look forward to seeing you soon!
